Voting

Voting is not a right. It is a duty!
People have died to get the vote. Now that the "people" have the vote they do not go and vote. This means that a minority holds always the power.
People should be fined for not voting. The first time around with community work. The second time a fine plus community work. The punishment can be incremented drastically.
