Stop begging and realise that it is sitting on a fortune?
What African leaders need to do is to follow the examples of Germany and Japan. These two countries lost very heavily (material, youth and people wise). They both were shackled with huge debts. In spite of this (or maybe because of this) they became in a relative short time economic power houses.
Their formula? Simple, three things: 1) They were not led by fat corrupt leaders who did not care for their own people, 2) They are committed WORKERS and 3) They are disciplined.
A simple formula, try it, it works!
