Please tell me …

Is a country not a business?
Does any country not need money, healthy workers, discipline, to market its products, to buy materials and services and more?

If this is so, then please do tell me why do we have Politicians and not qualified Business Professionals to run our countries? Do Politicians create and add wealth to their country? Or would you say that they cost money, waste resources? Are Politicians consumers or do you see them as producers?

Imagine a business run by politician. Would such a business thrive in the highly competitive global Market? Would shareholders be happy to have Politicians at the helm of their business, in charge of their investments?

So, why do we have Politicians then? Are we not shareholders of our country?
