Our Face

We have two ears, two eyes, two nostrils and only one mouth.
The latter is at it’s best when closed or when exposing the teeth as when we laugh or smile. Incidentally, it is impossible to speak, smile and laugh at the same time.

What all this means is simple: We should listen twice as much as talking, keep both eyes open and carefully observe what is in front of us. To allow these processes to operate well, we have two nostrils to take in oxygen. The purpose of oxygen is to keep us alive and to allow our brain to function well.

Let us breath deeply, interpret what we see and hear before engaging the tongue.
